How CobrarYa works with payments and SIFEN
Last updated: September 2026
Payments and payment methods
CobrarYa is not a payment processor. We do not hold funds. We are not Bancard, a bank, or BCP. The subscription is for using the system.
The QR shown at a shop belongs to the processor or QR Hub / PY-QR the shop already has; it can also be information for the cashier to record the payment method. Money goes directly to the shop. If we integrate a processor in the future, funds will still go to the shop’s account.
SIFEN and electronic documents
CobrarYa is software that builds the DE (XML), signs it with the taxpayer’s digital certificate, transmits it to SIFEN, and checks its status. DNIT validates the document. It is valid as an electronic tax document when SIFEN approves it. e-kuatia’i remains available and free for those who qualify.
The digital certificate belongs to the taxpayer. The timbrado and electronic-invoicer enrollment are managed through Marangatu / DNIT. We guide you through setup.
