These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website www.cobrarya.com.py (the "Site"), operated by CobrarYa, domiciled in Asunción, Republic of Paraguay. Please read them carefully.

## Acceptance
By accessing the Site, joining the waitlist, or requesting a demo, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site or provide your data.

## Description of the Service
CobrarYa is a point-of-sale (POS) and electronic-invoicing system aimed at shops and small businesses in Paraguay (general stores, kiosks, hardware stores, pharmacies, among others), allowing them to sell, issue electronic documents through SIFEN, and collect payments.
As of this date, CobrarYa is in a pre-launch stage. The primary purpose of the Site is to collect waitlist enrollments and demo requests. There is no self-service registration or sign-up for the service; demos are provided upon request. The described features correspond to the product's planned capabilities and do not constitute an offer of a service publicly available at the time of enrollment.

## Permitted and Prohibited Use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited, by way of example and not limitation:
- Using the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Interfering with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site.
- Providing false information, impersonating third parties, or infringing the rights of others.

## Waitlist and Communications
By joining the waitlist or requesting a demo, you expressly authorize CobrarYa to contact you via WhatsApp, phone, and/or email to answer inquiries, schedule demos, and inform you about the launch and availability of the service. You may request to stop receiving these communications at any time by writing to contacto@cobrarya.com.py.

## Intellectual Property
The "CobrarYa" brand, its logo, design, content, text, graphics, and software associated with the Site are the property of CobrarYa or are used under license, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Their reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

## Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and the information contained in it are provided "as is" and "as available," in their pre-launch condition. CobrarYa does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site, the absence of errors, or that the described features will be available by any particular date. Product characteristics may change before launch.

## Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CobrarYa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages or loss of profit arising from the use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

## Accuracy of Information Provided
You are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and currency of the data you provide through the Site. CobrarYa may discard or delete enrollments that contain false or incomplete information or that are deemed abusive.

## Electronic Invoicing / SIFEN
The ability to issue electronic documents through SIFEN is described as a planned product capability. The merchant user is and shall remain solely responsible for compliance with its own tax and fiscal obligations before the tax authority (SET / DNIT), including the correct issuance, content, and retention of its documents. CobrarYa assumes no liability for the user's tax non-compliance.

## Modifications
CobrarYa may modify these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will be published on the Site with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a modification implies acceptance of the new Terms.

## Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. For any dispute arising from them, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Asunción, Paraguay, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
